To not only thoroughly implement the strategy of developing a strong manufacturing and a strong quality country, to strengthen the corporate quality and brand building, but also combine the requirements from the Ministry of Industry and Information Technology to "build a quality benchmark enterprise" and "play the leading role of a quality benchmark enterprise". We have launched the 2019 "Quality Benchmarking" activity within the city region from last November, in which 16 companies were selected as “Quality Benchmarking” enterprises. In order to give full play to the leading role of benchmarks and encourage the promotion of both the advanced quality management methods and the best practices, we will introduce the advanced experience of 16 “Quality Benchmarks” to guide various industries and enterprises to improve their quality management levels, as well as to jointly promote the high-quality development of Shanghai’s industry.
FFT Production Systems (Shanghai) Co., Ltd. Inorder to solve the problems of the tight project cycle, high error rate,multiple product defects, and high rework cost of the current stage of thebody-in-white welding automation production line, FFT began to develop virtualdebugging technology in 2007, develop related supporting software, and createvirtual debugging after continuous improvement at the same time. The virtualcommissioning process is embedded in the project management process, making ita "quality door" in project implementation.

FFT imports mechanical design data, 3D simulation data, process design data, electrical hardware design data, PLC offline program, and offline robot program through the digital debugging platform to build a "virtual-reality" one-to-one restoration and carry out system integration and verification. This technology has been successfully applied in OEM projects such as Volkswagen, Audi, BMW, Beijing Benz, Jaguar Land Rover, Geely, and Hongqi. The implementation of virtual debugging technology has effectively reduced the error rate from design to performance and shortened the site Commissioning time, reduced project costs, improved project quality, and work efficiency.
